Basic Mastery Package
This is a 12 weeks program that will equip participants with basic knowledge of self defence, combined with an entry-level fitness capable of executing basic techniques which can then be build up to intermediate techniques.
Each 2-hour session will help you develop an in-depth foundation which can lead up to higher level techniques when you continue your journey with us.
We will explore principles behind self defence, and effective techniques that you can easily remember and use – even when adrenaline is pumping through your veins.
Basic Self Defence Workshop
A two-hour workshop which we bring in a martial art expert to guide you on the 3 basic techniques such as defending from wrist grabs, hair-pulling, rear bear hugs and so many more.
Every workshop will be headed by an expert from different martial arts and each of them will shed insight on various techniques and how their martial arts have prepared them for different scenarios.
This is also a good chance for you to find out if there is a particular martial art that you potentially want to study more in detail.
